You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

Dinnerbord is offered as a monthly subscription.

Pricing

• One household subscription tier
• Pricing is displayed on the website at checkout
• First month free trial for new users

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting:

Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the service,
• interfere with platform operation,
• attempt unauthorized access,
• reverse engineer the platform,
• or use the service for unlawful purposes.

All content, branding, software, and intellectual property related to Dinnerbord remain the property of Dinnerbord unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the service without permission.

8. Disclaimer

Dinnerbord is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinnerbord shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in Iceland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
